Blogging @ the UA

Fall Semester 2004

  1. William Endres is teaching a section of Eng101 again this fall. Like last fall he has a blog for each student in the class on which they turn in their written assignments. Bill keeps a separate blog that he uses to post information, clarify teaching points, and answer questions. He likes how he can put this information out for his students in this one place.
  2. J. David Betts in the College of Education is teaching LRC551 this fall and, like Bill, has returned to using blogs in the class.
  3. Sharon Ewing in the College of Nursing is a blog with two of her classes, NUR620b and NUR689. Sharon reequested that the blogs be secured from public access so they are set up with password protection.
  4. Kurt Fenstermacher's students in CS/MIS 440/540 are using blogs this semester.
  5. Richard Chabran is using a blog with his IRLS588 course.
  6. Leila Hudson has begun to use a blog where she posts information and her students comment. She also added blogs to her INDV103 course and to her NES696 course.
